The Faith Based Committee seeks to help Hanover Habitat develop and nurture partnerships with churches and faith groups as together they seek to help families find solutions to the challenges of affordable housing. The Faith Based Committee focuses on transforming lives, families and communities. The Faith Based Committee emphasizes the importance of being partners in ministry. Developing long-lasting relationships with churches will ultimately result in more Hanover families served. Faith Based committee members support Church groups whether they are just beginning their relationships with Hanover Habitat or taking great new leaps of faith. By developing and promoting programs such as the Apostles Build, the Faith Based Committee has helped church groups create building opportunities tailored to their specific needs and resources. |
